Counseling services

Azarus offers individual and couple counseling services where you can work on your specific concerns or issues. Often we find ourselves struggling with problems we find overwhelming and can't seem to get a handle of on our own. Sometimes they are familiar issues that seem to never get resolved and other times they are new events that catch us off guard. Often our problems are deep and painful and we just need someone who understands and can help us down the path of healing. If you find yourself in this situation, it can be helpful to talk with someone in a safe environment who is professionally trained.

Counseling services at Azarus are provided by Joal Curtis a licensed marriage and family counselor (LPC). He specializes in marriage and relationships issues, depression, anxiety, suicide, effects of trauma, addiction, self-esteem, and eating disorders.

Fees for individuals

50 min. session - $80
80 min. session - $110

Fees for couples

Often couples find that 50-min goes by very quickly when you are working through important issues together, and they elect 80-min sessions because they can accomplish more.
